Was running to answer mine phone and slipped on wet pavement and broke his right leg, requiring surgery.

Over-exertion in pulling or pushing objects

Was pulling slack on miner cable and felt pain in stomach. Had to have hernia repair surgery.

Victim was checking blower motor belt on bolt machine and operator started machine and pulley caught rt thumb and cut it, requiring stitches.

Struck against stationary object

EE was working on getting a pin in tongue of a trailer and smashed his finger against the frame of batteries.

Contact with electrical current

EE was pulling pump cable slack up and got shocked from opening in the cable.

Was walking and hit roof bolt.

Was cutting wire tie off of a mirror with a razor knife and cut left middle finger requiring 5 stitches.
