EMPLOYEE FELL AND BROKE HIS RIGHT WRIST WHEN THE LADDER HE WAS STANDING ON CAME OUT FROM UNDER HIM. DUE TO SPACE LIMITATIONS LADDER WAS BRACED AGAINST CONVEYER AND ALSO THE GROUND WAS WET FROM RAIN.

EE STRAINED HIS BACK WHILE DRAGGING WASH HOSE FROM UNDERNEATH A CONVEYOR.
