EE was climbing into a Dozer when EE went to grab the door handle, EE slipped and fell 7 feet onto EE's back.

As employee was cleaning the snow and ice off the platform scales at the Bakersville scale house. The shovel hit a hard ice spot abruptly stopping the shovel and a snap noise in the employee's right wrist. Causing some discomfort.
Employee's were attempting to empty a small metal scrap bin into a dumpster. They were using an overhead hoist to raise the bin. Upon turning the bin over to empty it out, one employee got hand pinched between the bin and dumpster, causing a contusion to right hand.
Operator was welding lugs on crusher foot slipped and right knee struck edge of sheet metal
Employee was attempting to clean hydraulic oil off the windshield of the loader, while stretching for the windshield, they lost their footing and fell onto the steering cylinder.

The injured employee was helping change screens on the tertiary plant. While starting the nuts on the side rail a second employee on the inside of the screen began to tighten the bolt with a cordless impact wrench and caught the employee's left thumb between the washer and side rail.
Employee was on knees working on a water pump at the wash-out. When they stood up, the right knee popped. Employee continued working thru the day but the next day it was swollen. The doctor said the ligaments were OK and gave employee a Cortisone injection.
The Employee was helping a Tri-Axle driver close a stuck coal chute. When the coal chute closed Employee had hand in a pinch point area and Left Index Finger was smashed against back of tailgate.
Employee lacerated EE's right middle finger while making cuts to new spill rubber using a utility knife.
A non-employee truck driver slipped on ice while stepping down from the driver's truck and could not stand up. The local EMS was called to transport the driver to a local emergency facility for an evaluation. The driver suffered a fractured femur and had emergency surgery to repair it.
