Tightening a spring bolt and was using an air wrench, slipped and cut some of his pinky finger off.

Employee was sitting back plate down to re-hook, it fell on his foot and broke it.

HE WAS USING A WRENCH TO LOOSEN A BOLT, WHEN HE TURNED HIS BODY, HIS FOOT STAYED STATIONARY AND HE TWISTED HIS KNEE.

ACCUMULATED EFFECTS FROM USING THE BREAKER MACHINE (EXCAVATOR) THE SEAT HAS A HARD BOTTOM AND THERE IS NOT MUCH GIVE WITH THE CONTINUAL JARRING.

TAKING A TOOTH OFF A BUCKET WAS HITTING THE TOOTH WITH A HAMMER. THE SPAW FELL OFF HIT HIM IN THE RIGHT LEG AND A PIECE OF METAL WENT INTO HIS LEG.

Hurt back while carrying a rear beam spring.

He was on his knees cutting tail wiper. He stood up and started walking, and a sharp pain flew in right hip.

EE had a wrench and was tighting up a bolt on a crusher in the shop and there was no room for a air wrench to get into the space, he was pulling on the wrench and something popped in his neck.

Workers were stripping off wood forms. Wood slipped and hit angle iron. Piece of angle iron fell and cut EE's left thigh.

LEFT HAND LACERATION, HOLDING A 3/4"" WRENCH WHEN IT SLIPPED OFF NUT & PINCHED HIS HAND BETWEEN GUARD AND WRENCH.

Burning garbage in a fire barrel, he went to dump barrel. Fire came out and burned his face.

Over-exertion in wielding or throwing objects

Employee was pounding out bolts with a sledge hammer. He missed the bolt and pulled a muscle in his lower back.
