On 9/5/2024 While unloading a block employee alleges that employee was jolted in the cab of the loader, & employee jammed wrist into the steering joystick causing pain. Employee did not report this accident to supervisor, nor did EE associate an injury with an incident. On 9/5 employee reported having aggravation in wrist due to carpal tunnel. On 10/7 EE asked to be checked out

Operating a Eucilid R-50 Haul Truck down a haul road after dumping a load of material and was unaware that the dump body was still in the raised position. The headboard came in contact with a derrick guy wire and caused the truck to overturn.

Moving wire saw from an area with the Bobcat, bucket of Bobcat was up to the ceiling of the area and broke loose a piece of thin marble which fell and hit employee's hardhat, breaking into smaller pieces, hitting his cheek and left hand.

As the crew was riding in the Suburban vehicle on the way to the Quarry, they crossed a rough spot, caused by snow melt run-off in the road, slowly. The bounce of the vehicle caused employee to jam his neck on the ceiling. He was in the back seat area.
