Employee was standing next to wrecker trailer and reached up on the trailer to retrieve EE's earmuffs. When EE stepped back, EE stepped on the welder power plug connection, twisting EE's knee. EE was taken to the ER and given restrictions that cannot be accommodated at this time. Currently ONGOING.

On 3/17/26, the employee stepped on a rock and overextended the arch of their right foot. The injury was initially believed to be minor, but the pain persisted and worsened. On 4/13/26, the employee was evaluated at a clinic and prescribed an orthopedic boot. X-rays were negative for fractures; an MRI has been ordered for further evaluation.

Operator was assigned snow removal work in the pit. Operator stated after work they started having knee pain. While climbing the ladder they felt pain in their knee. Employee requested to be sent off site and wanted an MRI of their knee. We waited to get the results before filing this report. They got an MRI and reported the results their knee will require surgery.

Millwright was working out of a Manlift. They knelt down on left knee and put all of their weight on a bolt that was laying on the floor of the basket. This caused pain in their knee. This happened on 10/14/25, they did not report it to employer until 11/5/25. Once they sought medical they were sent to Physical Therapy on 12/17/25 which at that time made it a reportable incident.

Medical professionals were notified and employee released to full duty. On 9/27/25, employee felt discomfort return and advised EE to get an evaluation at a medical facility where EE was diagnosed with "other fracture of the fibula".
