While descending the ladder of the 980H, the employee fell to the ground causing a mild concussion with a potential loss of consciousness.
An employee who owns a landscaping company (Double R Lawn Service) fractured vertebra when the riding mower the employee was operating rolled over on top of the employee while mowing a sloped area near the quarry entrance.
The employee was re-positioning the jack and the transmission rolled off landing on the employee's arm. The shifter linkage hit the left forearm.

EE'S RIGHT HAND WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN TWO ROCKS WHEN ONE FELL AS HE REMOVED ONE ROCK FROM THE PILE. AS A RESULT, HIS RIGHT RING FINGER WAS BROKEN IN 4 PLACES AND HE SUSTAINED A LACERATION REQUIRING STITCHES.
