B & W Resources Inc. believes an electrical short in the electric fuel hose reel caused the fire. The fuel hose reel compartment was severely damaged.

The employee strained EE's lower back while pulling an oil hose from the oil truck.
The employee was operating a John Deere 700 dozer when the machine over traveled the work area and overturned. The employee was wearing a seatbelt and only sustained bruising. EE was examined immediately after the accident and released for work later that morning.

The Employees left ring finger was pinched when the small, oil soaked hydraulic jack EE was holding slipped and fell to the bumper.

The employee was using a sledge hammer to assist in the installation of a ball stud on a Caterpillar 777D truck.
There was no accident, the employee was suffering from a bulging disc in which employee had previously had surgery for years ago. The condition was worsening and while working on the job that day employee was operating a 777D rock truck. As the employee stood up to exit the truck employee's back was burning and cramping.
The employee was cleaning loose material away from the highwall in the #8 coal pit when the bucket on the loader hit a rock. This caused the loader to abruptly swivel hard to the right sending a jolt through the employees back.
