Employee of Toro Rock Products was moving boulder by hand and pinched middle finger between two rocks. Resulting in Stiches.

Employee pulling on conveyor belt, mis-stepped and made knee sore. Knee has been x-rayed with no damage done. Will get an MRI next.

Contract EE was helping replace a belt. Slack gave way knocked him off balance he tried to get his balance his knee gave out. He said that his knee has given out a few times before prior to employment, from past injury. He went to medical facility and was put in a brace and crutches. Conditions contributing are: sudden movement, soft ground, history of knees going out, weight.

While moving some material from behind the Primary Crusher he hurt his right arm. He said it bothered him that evening and he thought it would feel better the next day. He notified me the following day that it still bothered him.

While lifting the Bulldozer to crib with crossties the ties shifted and hit his left leg.

While grinding on a piece of metal employee had a piece of metal fly into his eye.

While lifting a 7' piece of I-beam with another employee. EE said that he felt something happen to his lower back.

The operator said that he backed to close to the edge of the bench and it gave way causing the dozer to go off the the left side first.

EE was cutting a piece of flashing for a wiper on S-2 conveyor. The razor knife slipped and stabbed him in the left knee on the inside of the knee cap.
