MINER WAS INSTALLING A BRACKET ON THE WALL AND BRUSHED THEIR ARM AGAINST ONE OF THE PROTRUDING BOLTS THAT HAD NOT YET BEEN FULLY SECURED RESULTING IN A LACERATION TO THEIR ARM THAT REQUIRED SUTURES.

Electrical Contractor (ID K893) on our mine site was operating a F-350 pickup ascending a haul road when the vehicle suffered a brake failure and began rolling backwards. Individual removed their seat belt and jumped from the moving vehicle resulting in left lower extremity being "run over" by the L front tire of the pickup as it rolled backwards.

THE WORKER WAS STANDING ON AN EXCAVATOR TRACK WHEN HIS FEET WENT OUT FROM UNDER HIM AND HE SAT ON HIS TAIL BONE. THE RESULT IS A BRUISED TAIL BONE.
The worker was walking across a rubber pile when he lost his balance and twisted his back.

THE WORKER STATES THAT THIS HAS BEEN COMING ON FOR MONTHS. HE HAS A STRAIN TO HIS LEFT ELBOW FROM POSSIBLY SHOVELING TOO MUCH???
