Tunnel feeder had concrete chunks get stuck on crossbeams and needed to be removed before any more material is fed into the feeder. Employee took a 12lbs sledgehammer and tried to break material, this did not work. After this task the Employee felt pain in their right hand. Employee did not report the pain until 03/27/2026 at 630am after medical treatment
