Electrical Contractor (ID K893) on our mine site was operating a F-350 pickup ascending a haul road when the vehicle suffered a brake failure and began rolling backwards. Individual removed their seat belt and jumped from the moving vehicle resulting in left lower extremity being "run over" by the L front tire of the pickup as it rolled backwards.
