EE states they were washing out a bucket on 988 K loader. EE was dragging the hose but, the hose got hung up on rocks. They turned and stepped back onto a pallet. Their foot slipped off the pallet and they fell backwards onto their knee.

Employee was washing under a conveyor with a high pressure hose. When he re-positioned himself, and crouched down, he lost balance and turned his foot over, causing injury to his ankle. Initial examination on 2/20, with follow-up for cast and work restrictions defined on 2/22/13

EE was prying loose a single rock that was wedged in the #3 feeder, the rock dislodged, struck the track bar that was being used, causing the bar to pinch EE thumb between the bar and feeder chute work.
