THE EDGE OF THE UNIT STRUCK HIS RIGHT FOOT BEHIND THE HARD TOE RESULTING IN 4 FRACTURED TOES. ON 9/17/00 THE FOURTH TOE AND THE SMALL TOE WERE AMPUTATED DUE TO THE INJURY.
