Working in a squatting position for 30 - 40 minutes wiring a crusher motor. Knee began to ache but finished up the shift. Pain intensified on the way home.

Employee received an electrical shock after touching a power line while cleaning out a drop chute. Employee was sent to the hospital for burns on both hands and an exit injury on the right leg.

The employee was beginning to climb down a set of steps from a work platform when the platform tilted causing a loss of balance. As the individual attempted to secure himself, he fell on his back which ultimately resulted in pain to the back and neck.

The injured individual was attempting to descend from a piece of chute work onto a tail roller guard following a repair when he found himself to be slipping. He then proceeded to jump from the tail roller guard as opposed to falling from a distance of 4'7" to the concrete pad. The impact ultimately resulted in a fracture to the right heel.

EE SAID HE PULLED UP ANOTHER DRIVERS TRUCK, WHILE GETTING OUT HE SLIPPED AND FELL. HE TRIED TO GRAB THE HANDRAIL BUT MISSED IT, AND FELL. DRIVER SAID HE HAD MAGNETITE ON HIS BOOTS. DRIVER WORK ED THE REST OF HIS SHIFT AND PART OF THE NEXT DAY, WHEN HE DECIDED HE WAS IN TOO MUCH PAIN TO WORK. POSSIBLE SPRAINS AND STRAINS. NO WITNESSES.

ATTEMPTING TO START A/C FAN BLADE IN CAB OF LOADER. OPERATOR WAS ATTEMPTING TO SPIN FAN BLADE WHEN IT STARTED, CUT HIS FINGER.
EE WAS BACKING DOZER OVER SYNFUEL COAL PILE. DOZER BACKED OVER A DITCH AND CAM DOWN REAR END FIRST JARRING BACK & NECK.
CLIMBING UP, DOWN CRUSHER STEPS, HURT BACK & KNEE. BACK & KNEE STARTED HURTING WHEN HE RETURNED TO HIS LOADER TO BEGIN OPERATION.

EE SLICED HIS HAND WHILE WORKING ON A SIZEABLE DYE AND NEEDED MEDICAL ATTENTION SO WE SENT HIM TO GET THE CUT CLEANED AND STITCHED UP. THEY CLEANED AND GLUED THE CUT AND SENT HIM HOME OK.
EMPLOYEE WAS KNOCKING SLAG FROM A WELD AND A PIECE OF SLAG ENTERED HIS EYE.
EMPLOYEE STEPPED OFF A WALL ONTO A PILE OF REBAR, REBAR SHIFTED AND EMPLOYEE TWISTED KNEE.
EMPLOYEE STATES HE WAS USING A PRY BAR TO REMOVE FORMS FROM A RADIAL STACKER WHEN THE BAR SLIPPED CAUSING EMPLOYEE TO FALL ON HIS REAR END, LOW BACK PAIN. THIS INJURY WAS NOT REPORTED TO SITE SUPERVISOR UNTIL EMPLOYEE WAS TERMINATED ON 7-1901.
