Employee was recharging diesel fuel in Loader Komatsu WA500, when employee was dismounting from the loader he landed with his right foot only, feeling sudden pain in his knee.

Employee was helping the welder holding a small piece of steel that was to be cut, in order to prevent it from falling abruptly, when the piece was cut the employee had difficulty and felt some bruising in his right hand, the hand appeared in good condition only a little swelling, later that day he felt pain in his shoulder.

Employee was repairing a battery of a Loader Caterpillar 980C, he turned his back to look for a grinder when the battery exploded. As a result of the battery explosion the battery acid came in contact with employee's left eye.

After finishing breakfast break employee was playing a joke on another employee and started running in the parking lot beside the office, while running a dog came running upon the employee, employee jumped above the dog and landed without balance in his right leg and broke one bone in his leg.

While employee was on the plant operator's room balcony, the wind blew hard and the room's door moved abruptly impacting employee's left hand.

While EE was stepping down on access ladder for a screening unit, he slipped, and injured shoulder and hand.

EE and one co-worker were attempting to change the loader attachment from bucket to forks. Bucket got stuck, so EE started hitting it with a hammer. Bucket fell on both EE's feet.
