Loader operator tried to pull a 5 lb. rock out from behind his bucket. The rock didn't move but he felt something pull in his groin.

Worked all day on the caterpillar loader. Was going fast and bouncing all day. Went home not feeling good. 9/13/05 a.m. went to the chiropractor, no better. 9/14/05 a.m. went to the emergency room and was given medicine. He was diagnosed with a compressed disk under the right shoulder blade and told to rest.
While stepping down from trackhoe, foot slipped and right knee struck the trackhoe.
