Like usually I do, across the parking lot to go to next facility - trailer to pick up the daily inspections equipment reports. I fell and unfortunately my right ankle hit the cement curb-bumper at the parking lot.

Worked all day on the caterpillar loader. Was going fast and bouncing all day. Went home not feeling good. 9/13/05 a.m. went to the chiropractor, no better. 9/14/05 a.m. went to the emergency room and was given medicine. He was diagnosed with a compressed disk under the right shoulder blade and told to rest.
