While walking across the cat walk of a 777 the miner slipped and fell to the ground approximately twelve feet landing on his right side. The result was 4 broken ribs and a bruised lung.

While driving in a bogey pin into a D-10 bogey on a side frame, using a sledge hammer the victim partially struck the track frame which caused him to strike himself in the lower right leg. This was a struck by injury. He was treated and released.

After fueling Cat 345 Hoe (excavator) miner trying to dismount machine, his foot slipped off due to ice & snow on machine, and other foot slipped on frozen ground, landing miner on his back. The miner states it hurt his lower neck and lower back. Miner continued working until end of shift on 1/2/08.
