While drilling a hole in the roof of the water truck to mount an AC unit. EE was drilling a hole with a hand held drill and had EE's left index finger right where the drill bit broke through the roof and drilled into their finger. EE received 4 stitches and antibiotics.

Mechanic was removing a plug on a headlight for a loader and used a pen-knife to assist in the removal. Knife slipped and cut his hand, requiring six stitches.

Worker was clearing chute when rock from above fell and hit right hand. Middle and ring fingers were broken.
Worker was climbing ladder to get to work platform. Foot slipped on rung and worker fell off ladder. Worker landed in a position that caused compression fracture of vertebrae.
