EE walking across parking lot and states right foot slid out from underneath EE and EE braced with EE's left foot to stop from falling. Bracing caused pain to left ankle, was sent to Urgent Care the following day. EE was put on light duty until EE could receive a follow up two weeks later. There was a break in the ankle and set to remain on light duty until end of September

worker was walking out of shop building onto gravel area that had patches of snow and ice. he slipped and fell and injured right leg.

Worker used grinder improperly and cut his hand, requiring stitches.

Worker installing V-belt pinched finger between V-belt and sheave. Finger was cut and tip of finger fractured.

Mechanic adjusting fuel injector setting, while loosening lock-nut left middle finger struck adjacent rocker arm, causing laceration which required three stitches.

Mechanic was helping another mechanic set up a boring machine on a loader when a centering cone placed on the loader fell off the loader and struck the mechanic in the head, causing a cut requiring 5 stitches.

Worker moving bronze bushing felt groin pain. Doctors review was inconclusive, then later determined to be hernia by another doctor. Worker was scheduled for and received surgery on December 27, and eligible to return to work immediately. Normal year end holiday work schedule was followed. Became Recordable Injury December 27 due to stitches.

mechanic working under loader chipped tooth on steering cylinder

Mechanic was hammering to crimp on a battery cable, missed and struck his thumb. After several days worker decided to go to doctor, where x-ray revealed a fracture to thumb. We received notification of fracture at this point (3/28), creating a recordable injury.

EE attempting to clear feeder over scalping screen. He tried to dislodge stones with shovel. When stones let loose, shovel handle struck EE near mouth and nose area. Four stitches required to close cut near mouth.

Worker cutting belt with razor knife cut towards himself, slipped and cut his hand, requiring stitches.

MECHANIC TWISTED LOWER BACK WHILE LYING ON GROUND UNDER VEHICLE THAWING FROZEN AIR LINES. HAD EARLIER EXPERIENCED MINOR PAIN MOVING WELDER.

WIND CAUGHT TARP, PUSHING MECHANIC, WHO GRABBED TARP AND TWISTED SHOULDER.

STONE LANDED ON SHOVEL HEAD FROM CHUTE, FORCING HANDLE UP AND INTO CHIN.

LIFTING A SCREEN IN SCREEN ROOM, RIGHT THUMB BECAME CAUGHT (PINCHED) BETWEEN THE SCREEN & SCREENFRAME. TAKEN TO E.R. FOR SUTURES.

WHILE WORKING ON FRONT END LOADER DRIVESHAFT, DRIVESHAFT TURNED AND CUT HIS THUMB. 4 STITCHES.

WHILE SHOVELING STONE HE STRAINED HIS BACK.

WHILE WORKING ON STONE CRUSHER, LIFTING HEAVY CRUSHER PARTS.

SLIPPED WHILE REMOVING ENGINE COMPARTMENT PANEL.

CLIMBING OUT OF STOCK TRUCK BODY. FOOT CAUGHT ON ELECTRIC WIRE ON CRUSHER NEXT TO TRUCK, LOST FOOTING AND FELL.

TRYING TO OPEN STUCK BIN GATE, PIECE OF RUST FROM BIN GATE DISLODGED AND WENT IN EYE.

CHECKING WATER IN RADIATOR OF TRUCK.IT WAS DARK AND HE USED HIS CIGARETTE LIGHTER FOR LIGHT .IT IGNITED FUMES.
