While attempting to get into the cab of one of the trucks, he grabbed one of the handholds and stepped onto the running board and twisted his knee.
Two EEs were making a connection. One pulled the Kelly up while the other set the slip in the table. The joint was set lower than usual. The two tongs were installed. The driller engaged the break-out tong 2-3 times unsucessfully. They decided to use the make-up tong to break the joint. When he engaged the clutch the tong came around the derrick leg and broke victim's hand.
Employee slipped on unknown object near screen rack area. To brace the fall, employee reached for the top screen and lacerated his hand.
EE was bit by a spider while shoveling in the conveyor tunnel.
