Employee was removing a worn screen cloth from a screening plant and sprained left thumb while removing the screen cloth.
Equipment operator was fueling up loader when operator stepped off the fuel station's concrete slab, rolled ankle and fell into the loader pulling some muscles in back and neck. 5/23/2016 Tuesday EE went to the doctors and the doctor said EE pulled some muscles in neck and put EE on light duty for 2 weeks.
