Equipment operator was fueling up loader when operator stepped off the fuel station's concrete slab, rolled ankle and fell into the loader pulling some muscles in back and neck. 5/23/2016 Tuesday EE went to the doctors and the doctor said EE pulled some muscles in neck and put EE on light duty for 2 weeks.
