Miner was positioning screening cloth on top screening deck when his pinky finger got cut between the cloth and screening structure. Miner was not wearing gloves when the accident occurred. Miners finger required stitches which makes this accident reportable

Boxley Employee was walking to a switchhouse to start a crusher when he rolled his ankle on smooth level ground. He reported the injury to his supervisor and due to swelling he was taken to see a local physician. It was determined by the physician to be a sprain.

EE WAS BACKING UP IN SKID STEER MUSTANG LOADER AT WASH PLANT AREA HE STARTED THEN TO GO FORWARDAND SPIN TO THE RIGHT WHEN THE MUSTANG KIND OF JUMPED & EE FELT A TWINGE IN HIS LOWER LEFT BACK. EE WAS WEARING HIS SEAT BELT

FOUR EE WERE TRACKING BC-3 CONVEYOR. TWO EES WERE KNOCKING MUD FROM TROUGHING IDLER WHILE THE BELT WAS RUNNING USING A WRENCH. THE TROUGHING IDLER CAUGHT THE WRENCH AND PULLED EE S RIGHT HAND OVER THE IDLER AND BETWEEN THE BELT. HIS HAND WAS BRUISED AND THE OUTER LAYER OF SKIN ON TOP OF HIS HAND WAS SCRAPED.
