HE WAS SQUATTING DOWN WORKING ON REPACKING THE STEERING CYLINDER ON A FRONT END LOADER AND WHEN HE STOOD UP HE IMMEDIATELY STARTED EXPERIENCING PAIN IN HIS LEFT KNEE. HE STATED THAT THE MORE HE WALKED THE WORSE THE PAIN WAS.
MOVING SAND FROM AN OLD ACCESS ROAD TO THE PROPERTY TO ANOTHER LOCATION ON THE PROPERTY WITH A FRONT END LOADER. EE STATES THAT THE STEERING ON THE FRONT END LOADER. EE STATES THAT THE STEERIN G ON THE FRONT END LOADER LOCKED AND HE RAN OFF AN EMBANKMENT. THIS RESULTED IN THE FRONT END LOADER TIPPING OVER.
