Changing tail pulley bearing on main belt under the feeder. Water dripping from feeder hit ee in the forehead and ran down under safety glasses into eye. It had sand or metal in it from hopper.
Was descending stairs and slipped on last two stairs and tried to break fall with left hand causing left wrist and forearm injury.
Ee was hauling material to sand plant surge pile and dumped this load in different location on uneven surface and rolled over the truck he was driving sprained left shoulder was put on restriction was.
