Two employees were cutting metal off of a discharge lid when a piece of slag landed on the hose and started to burn. Employee climbed down to shut off acetlyne. Employee thought he was stepping on a belt but really stepped on a piece of iron and rolled his ankle.
While working on jaw crusher, employee put right leg over frame rail. His toe of the boot hung up on the frame and he twisted his knee.
