EE was wearing fall protection and SRL (Self-retracting lanyard) that stopped EE from falling farther into the jaw crusher.

Employee was replacing bearing and stub shaft assembly. Employee put thumb between upper stub shaft and screw to pull out gasket. The movement caused the screw and stub shaft to come together pinching the employee's finger.
while holding adjustment ram out of the way of adjustment ring on 1144 cone crusher, employees finger became pinched between end of ram and adjustment ring.
