As the injured moved the lifeline away from the injured, it got wrapped around the neck. Injured received slight hematoma to the neck area.

The employee was operating a battery coal hauler. As he drove through a check curtain a piece of rock dust entered his eye. He was taken to the Dr and his eye was flushed out and the dust removed. He was given prescription medication for pain.
