EE was stepping back after hooking up rigging and stepped into a low spot which caught EE's foot as EE fell. EE applied ice and rested it for 6 days with little improvement so got x rays on 7/27 which showed a broken bone in EE's ankle. EE is cleared for light duty work at this time.

Mostrando los 8Miner was looking for an electrical issue on a ladder. EE missed a step on the way down and fell 3 rungs to the ground landing on EE's shoulder. EE was shoulder and dislocated it. EE was carrying a flashlight in right hand.
Miner was at end of shift and stacking unused metal pieces after working on fabrication project. Miner was walking on metal sheet that was on the ground and fell, the fall resulted in a broken lower right leg. It was dark in this area, miner was using a headlamp for light. Medical services responded and took EE to the ER, miner required surgery.
On February 20, 2026, at approximate 7:30 am our miner suffered a fall due to not wearing fall protection injuring an ankle, ribs, back and head,
Miner accessed nose of drop deck trailer and fell ~4 feet to ground below and fractured left wrist.
Team member was assisting rolling pipes on the dredge. Tool became disengaged when team member went to pull down on handle, causing them to lose balance and fall backwards onto a metal box.
Miner was working on top of a water tank that was approx. 7' tall. Miner was removing an Air Compressor that inserts pressure into the water tank. As miner proceeded to remove it, the compressor suddenly propelled forward with enough force to strike miner on the face and chest area. Miner fell sideways to the ground hurting right leg.
EE was washing Tower #2 back pad, EE shut the fire hose off went to change locations & started to slip, falling backwards, but caught self with left hand on a pillar causing a strain to right neck & shoulder. Injury Type: Neck Strain. EE didn't request med. treatment at the time. Was seen by a medical provider on 12/26/23 when injury became reportable due to restrictions.
