Mostrando los 6The employee is a loader operator. While loading trucks, the operator drove over an area operator had dug out, jarring operator's back. The operator did not think there was an issue immediately, but back became worse over the next couple of days. Chiropractor indicated twisted L5.
Dry spring grass was ignited by sparking from carbon build up in locomotive exhaust stack. Damage was limited to grass on property. No equipment or other asset damage. No injuries.
Employee was working on 3/26/19 in dry plant shoveling out built up sand. Employee woke up the morning of 3/27/19 with a sore back and went to urgent care. The employee was diagnosed with muscle strain and was given one day off by the attending physician, and a return to work with restrictions until follow up appointment on 4/3/2019.
Employee was walking through the maintenance shop and tripped on a piece of expanded metal. During the course of the fall, the employee caught hand on the edge of the metal, causing a laceration to the hand. Injury required stitches.
