RAM employee was in a feed chute relining it. EE was standing on a belt that was on a slight incline with dust and gravel, they tried to keep it clear but every liner removed would dump dust. While lifting a 80lb liner into place EE's left foot slipped putting strain on EE's left knee.

A rock was stuck between a conveyor pulley and the frame of the conveyor, as the employee removed the rock, the rock slipped and smashed left fifth finger.
