EE was drilling a hole in the top and a loose piece of scale fell and hit his left hand. Fractured the index carpal bone. He started missing work on 1-9-2014.
While bolting the ribs, EE got right 4th finger tip in the slide/hinge on boom and cut and bruised finger.
