HE WAS WORKING WITH CRUSH PLANT. EXPERIENCED HEAT EXHAUSTION. HAD TO BE TAKEN BY AMBULANCE TO LAKELAND HOSPITAL WHERE FLUIDS WERE ADMINISTERED. APPROX. 4:30 PM THE HOSPITAL RELEASED HIM AND HE WAS TAKEN TO HIS TRUCK. HOSPITAL TOLD HIM TO TAKE A COUPLE DAYS OFF OF WORK.
