EE WAS REMOVING BEARING FROM SHAFT AND SPRAYED PENETRATING OIL IN SET SCREW HOLES. WHEN HE PUT WRENCH ON, PENETRATING OIL SPLASHED OUT AND GOT HIM IN BOTH EYES. HIS EYES WERE FLUSHED ON-SITE A ND ALSO WENT TO HOSPITAL TO GET CHECKED AND FLUSHED AGAIN.
