The employee was jacking up the body of a truck. The handle slipped out of jack and struck employee on chin.
While tightening bolts to adjust belts on the slurry pump employee states he felt a pull in his lower back.

Employee states he was trying to start the Ingersol-Rand's T30 compressor located on the back of the Red Wing mechanic's truck at Billings. He was priming the carburetor by pouring gasoline over it; some of the gas had dribbled on his hand. As he was turning the on-off switch, the unit backfired; and his hand caught fire.

EE STATES HE WAS IN THE WORKSHOP INSIDE THE COARSE MATERIAL WASHER. HE WAS ASIDE THE SHAFT TRYING TO REMOVE AN OLD BOLT USING A HAMMER AND PUNCH(CHISEL). HE STRUCK DOWNWARD WITH THE HAMMER, IT DEFLECTED AND HIT HIS HAND BETWEEN THUMB AND FOREFINGER.

ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE SPEED REDUCER SEIZED TO SHAFT OF MAIN FEED CONVEYOR, EMPLOYEE TOOK PRY BAR TO TRY TO "FREE UP" REDUCER. PRY BAR SLIPPED AND PINCHED EMPLOYEE'S FINGER BETWEEN BAR AND FRAME OF REDUCER. EMPLOYEE MAY HAVE BEEN RUSHING TO FINISH JOB; SHIFT ENDED AT 3:30 PM.
EMPLOYEE WAS LEANING DOWN (IN A "HEAD-UNDER-HEALS" POSITION) INTO THE AREA WHERE CENTER PIN IS LOCATED. THIS IS UNDER THE LOADER SEAT; SEAT WAS REMOVED TO ACCESS THE CENTER PIN. EMPLOYEE WAS P OSITION IN AN "AWKWARD" MANNER WHICH PUT STRAIN ON HIS NECK.

EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ON SANDSCREEN TO CHANGE MASON SCREEN.WHILE TAKING REAR DOOR OFF OF SCREEN WITH A COME-A-LONG THE RELEASE ON THE COME-A-LONG WAS HIT ON THE DOOR,THE DOOR CAME DOWN AND STRU CK EMPLOYEES LEFT FOOT.POSSIBLE FRACTURE.
I-BEAM WAS STICKING OUT OF SIDE OF OPERATORS CAB AS EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING AROUND THE CAB HE WALKED INTO THE BEAM RECEIVING A SEVERE LACERATION TO HIS FOREHEAD. WENT TO HOSPITAL GOT 6 STITCHES.
EMP. STEPPED OU7 OF CAR ONTO ICE A(D FELL ON RIGHT KNEE. RIGHT KNEE STIFF AND SORE. EMP. WENT TO DOCTORS AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS A POSSIBILITY OF TORN LIGAMENTS.
EMPL WALKING AR2UND TO BACK WINDOW OF LOADER RAN INTO STEEL PLATE STICKING OUT OF SIDE OF CAB-1'' LACERATION TO UPPER FOREHEAD.FELL BACK AGAINST HANDRAIL INJURING SHOULDER,NECK.SEEN AT HOSPITA L TOLD HE HAD C2NCUSSION.
