EE STATES HE WAS A TOP A DELIVERY TRAILER HELPING PREPARE A COME ALONG AROUND SOME PIECES OF PIPE TO REMOVE THELOAD. AS HE SHIFTED THE PIPE, IT CAUSED AN I BEAM TO DROP FROM THE EDGE OF THE TR UCK. AS ONE END OF THE I BEAM HIT THE GROUND, THE OTHER END STRUCK HIS LEFT SHIN AND RIGHT KNEE.
