Struck against stationary object

While the mechanic was inside the Mill removing the Journal's he hit his head on an overhead pipe knocking off his hard hat.

Struck against a moving object

An operator was operating a loader to help clean up one of the site roadways due to excessive rain over the weekend. The operator ran over a rock that caused the loader cabin to rock. This rocking motion resulted in a lower back strain/backache. The operator was seen by the local ER and placed on restricted duty.

Absorption of radiations, caustics, toxic and noxious substances

An employee was moving old pallets from a storage area into an old box trailer used for recycling old/unused pallets. While moving old pallets, he felt a stinging sensation on his leg and noticed he had been bitten by a spider.
