Fall to the walkway or working surface

Two (2) workers were lifting a core drill onto the back of a pickup truck, when one slipped and fell with the core drill landing on EE's leg. The ground was slippery from the wet guragum on the ground. The worker's knee had a small laceration and was bruised.

While setting rings, the ring sprung and hit hardhat causing neck sprain.

Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

EE's R thumb was pinched monitoring FF equipment. EE was unaware of where EE placed hand resulting in the pinch occurring. After investigating the area it was clear that there were no moving parts in the location of the injury. It is believed that EE's thumb was pinched between the clasp on the electrical control panel door. EE was not wearing gloves. EE got 5 stitches to R thumb
