Struck against a moving object

Employee covered the loader shift for 3 hours. When they exited the loader around 12, they had some back pain/discomfort. Thinking it was normal back pain that they had felt in the past, they assumed it would feel better in the morning. When they arrived at work today it was clear that they had strained their back bad enough that it was hard for them to stand up.

While cutting a zip tie off of a hydraulic hose on the cone, EE was cutting overhead and on a downward fashion with a pocket knife and cut self between the thumb and forefinger in the thumb web. Requiring 7 stitches.

We had a breaker trip on our conveyor belt and had to check the motor wiring. EE was removing the putty tape and electrical tape form the wire lugs. EE was using a knife to cut the lugs free and slipped off cutting into EE's left hand EE was holding the cord with. EE was using a safety knife and had leather gloves on.
