Struck by flying object

While removing return rollers and brackets, the employee had a clamp on the belt and the clamp came off the belt striking the employee in the elbow.

Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

While employee was moving angle iron from truck bed to man lift employee pinched left index finger between iron and toe board of man basket resulting in laceration that required sutures

EE was cutting old v-belts off of the wash plant screen. EE was holding the knife in the right hand and applying pressure to the blade with the left hand. When the knife cut through, EE slipped and cut their left palm and pinky finger resulting in 15 stitches.

Struck against a moving object

While attempting to fix the sand shuttle tail pulley, the employee tried to start the welder and it would not start. Employee got their jump pack to start the welder. The battery is located under the fan on the welder. Employee started the welder but when taking the jumper cables off they got their hand up in the fan of the welder. Employee got their fingers cut by fan.
