Shoveling out belly of screeen, while doing this his back was against metal hopper wall. The EE slid against the hopper wall, scraping his back. Area was in a tight area to work in.
Employee was changing a screen, went back to the truck to get more bolts and washers. He found an empty bucket in the old service truck and started to pull it out from the shelf. The bucket must have been stuck, so he pulled on it some more until it came loose and hit him in the lip. It was dark outside and he is not aware of how and why it happened.
