EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING UP PLANT WITH A BOBCAT LOADER. WHEN EMPLOYEE LIFTED BUCKET TO DUMP GRAVEL , LOADER BOUNCED AND TILTED FORWARD HITTING GROUND WITH BUCKET. EMPLOYEE WAS THROWN AGAINST TOP OF LOADER CUTTING HEAD AND BRUISING LEG.
