Employee was using a self-retracting razor knife to replace a sweep on the jaw crusher discharge belt. While cutting the sweep, employee was not wearing cutting gloves and overrode self-retracting action of knife. While cutting, left hand slipped under blade, cutting through regular glove and into left pinky finger - EE was taken to urgent care and received 4 stitches.

Worker was replacing blow bars at crusher, cleaning around crusher, when hand got pinched between blow bar and crusher, causing laceration requiring three stitches.

Worker was cutting a plastic tie wrap off a guard with a razor knife. Knife slipped and he cut his hand, requiring stitches.

Worker felt discomfort in his back after shoveling. After pain did not decrease he visited his doctor, who prescribed restricted duty and physical therapy until improvement .
