Fracture to 4th digit on right hand
While cleaning screens the prybar slipped and smashed employee's finger (employee was wearing gloves) first aid was administered at scene but further aid was needed and employee was taken to Work Med
Pulling conveyer belt and felt something pop in groin. Has to have Hernia operation.
Knee was getting tired & so he stretched his leg out of operator compartment. The bucket was in the air & when it went down it broke his leg.
Loosening bolt when wrench slipped, bent his right hand backwards and broke it.
Taking braces off double screen and was putting the bolts back on it and brace fell on his hand and cut it.
