His body went forward and his right leg got caught in the hole. Was hanging upside down. Co-worker helped him back upright. His leg was removed from hole & made it down the rest of the pipe. Was on the bow of the boat trying to catch cable to place it on the boat to make a connection. Suddenly, Other ee put the boat into reverse, causing EE to go overboard, hitting the cable with his right arm and right shoulder. Office was not made aware of the accident by Foreman until 12/17/07, and 7000-1 not complete until today.
