Employee was using battery powered grease gun to track conveyor belt over, continuous pumping led to a buildup of pressure, grease gun tubing exploded bruising right orbital area above eye.

EE and another ee were removing bolts from a pump on the prep plant. EE was using a pull bar to break the bolts loose. As he strained, he felt a pain and burning to his lower abdomen and groin area. No visible injury: however he has had 2 prior hernia surgeries. He was taken to Urgent Care.

Prep plant lost power.Plant operator(certified electrician)found the breaker tripped at main transformer on top floor of plant.He checked area,phase monitor,etc.and reset breaker.As he was closing door, an electrical flash occurred causing slight and severe burns to left hand; slight burns to left side of face and neck; and right hand.(Locking pin fell from door onto power phase).

Co-worker was operating the crane, to lift a 12x20 metal building, and set it in place. While employee was holding and steadying the building as it was being lowered, the building swung around and mashed/cut ring finger on left hand on leg of crane. 13 stitches.

EE and other ee were replacing elevator buckets on the prep plant. As he let off the comealongs, a metal elevator bucket slipped-knocking him against a metal angle brace. The metal angle brace struck his right shoulder and right side.

THREE EMPLOYEES WERE INSTALLING A 25 HP ELECTRIC MOTOR ON THE PREP PLANT. THE MOTOR WAS BEING POSITIONED SO THAT IT COULD BE BOLTED DOWN. THIS EMPLOYEE HAD HIS RIGHT ARM BETWEEN THE MOTOR AND THE SHAFT. THE MOTOR STRUCK HIS RIGHT ARM BELOW THE ELBOW. CONTUSION, BRUISING AND SOME SWELLING RESULTED.
