Dredge Operator smashed EE's left pinky finger while replacing door liner on dredge. Employee received 6 stitches and returned to work on EE's next schedule work shift.

Dredge operator was cleaning roots out of suction line and was closing the cover to the clean-out when a pry bar, employee was using to close the cover, slipped hitting employee in the left eye lid. Injury resulted in stitches only to the eye lid itself.

I WAS GETTING SOME INFORMATION OFF A GROUND FAULT RELAY FOR THE ELECTRICIAN. IT WAS DARK IN THE BUILDIN GAND WHEN I WENT OT TURN AROUND TO LEAVE I BRUSHED UP AGAINST A ENERGIZED WIRE WITH MY LEFT LEG AND GOT A ELECTRIC SHOCK.
