A non-fatal accident occurred on October 10, 2022, at approximately 08:55. A customer truck was leaving the property when customer drifted off the paved road causing the dump truck to roll onto its passenger side. It took EMS greater than 30 minutes to remove the driver from the truck.

Employee twisted knee while greasing a short pump drive line between the engine and gearbox on the back of deck engine.

Driver was unloading pails of lubricant product for delivery. The pails were on a pallet. He stepped on to the pallet to pick up 2 pails and his left foot caught on the shrink wrap. As he was falling he tried to catch himself with his right leg. He pulled the hamstring in his right leg as he fell. Weather conditions were dry.

Employee of Brabston Trucking & Excavating suffered a heart attack while replacing supplies on his truck. The loader operator noticed employee on the ground behind his truck. Mining employees used the AED on-site and performed CPR, to attempt to stabilize him until EMT's arrived. He was transported to hospital, and was pronounced dead.
